Burrant Chemical has developed a proprietary technology for removing the unwanted organic/scale build up on equipment that occurs during the development and stripping of photoimageable resists. It is a patent pending technology that was formulated to reduce the downtime associated with chemical preventative maintenance schedules.

This formulation is ideally suited for the removal of any organic based materials and can be used in a variety of operations related to the chemical cleaning of equipment. It is appropriate for operations in which access to areas that require cleaning is difficult to perform. This technology is currently available for licensing from Burrant Chemical LLC.
